Francesca Johnstone

As Head of Impact, Francesca’s role is to lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation’s (BLCF) impact, learning and grant programmes delivery across multiple priority areas. She also leads on several initiatives including INSIGHT, which offers support and advice to charities on accessing our services. With an extensive background in the grants sector, Francesca am passionate about supporting local community groups in finding ways to address local need.

Jitty Marwaha

Jitty Marwaha, has vast knowledge and experience of working locally, regionally and nationally in cultural programmes, community, education, outreach, events, and production.

A key part of driving forward this work is her extensive work in the cultural and third sector, embedded within local communities, and her role developing partnerships. Jitty’s experience plays a key role where there is a lot to be said in developing a rich multiplicity of collaborative projects, inspiring community and entrenching her experience within civic engagement to further enrich place making for all to be proud of and celebrate.
