Luton Innovation & Collaboration Fund
As part of Luton Borough Council’s ground-breaking Fairness Taskforce, and thanks to funding received from the National Lottery Community Fund, BLCF are working with local partners to offer a new fund to deliver actions of Luton’s Fairness Taskforce.
For this round of the fund, which is focused on Financial Resilience, there is a maximum pot of £110k available in total. Priority will be given to those groups who attended the previous Financial Resilience Fairness Taskforce event, which took place on 28th January 2026.

The Young Foundation has a longstanding relationship with Luton Council. During the winter of 2022 Luton Council, Bedfordshire & Luton Community Foundation (BLCF), and The Young Foundation helped launch a Collaboration Fund.
This fund was developed through the early work of the Luton Fairness Taskforce and set-out to support new partnerships and deepen collaborative ways of working to deliver support to several priority groups:
Carers and Disabled People
Vulnerable people, or made vulnerable by Covid 19 (across all ages)
People from ethnic minority backgrounds disproportionately impacted by Covid
Women who have been disproportionately impacted by Covid 19.
