Innovation & Collaboration Funding

The Innovation & Collaboration fund is administered by BLCF as a partner in the Fairness Taskforce programme. it is a grant designed to encourage new partnerships in the VCFSE sector and a reduction in siloed working. it is a 6 month opportunity to test out and learn from a pilot project. the criteria for each round of Innovation & Collaboration Funding is built from a relevant Taskforce event, where the insight and lived experience gathered is used to build a criteria for programmes that meet real need as defined by Luton's residents

Phase 1 Test & Learn Pilot Projects

Phase 1 of Pilot & Test was based on people's insight gathered a the September 2024 Taskforce on Mental Health. These projects have been delivered by local organisations and you can find out more about each project below

Phase 2 Test & Learn Pilot Projects

Phase 2 of Test & Learn has been awarded and will be announced shortly. 

This phase of funding was built on the January 2025 Taskforce on supporting young men and building resilience with care-experienced young people, and the April 2025 Taskforce on creating a Disability Friendly Town
