Nairat Ali

Nairat Ali is an Innovation Practitioner at The Young Foundation, with a strong curiosity about how learning, creativity, and collaboration can support meaningful systems change. She supports the delivery of Leading Luton, helping leaders think differently and learn together. Nairat also has oversight of learning and insights across the Fairness Taskforce, helping ensure learning is captured and used to shape what happens next.

Kathryn Holland

Kathryn Holland is a Senior Innovation Practitioner from The Young Foundation and is leading the delivery of Leading Luton - a programme focused on supporting local leaders to work together to create a fairer future for Luton. The Young Foundation is providing capacity-building support across different levels of the programme, with a strong focus on ensuring equity and community voice are embedded at every stage of the system. You’ll often see Kathryn at Fairness Taskforce events, listening, learning, and connecting people across the work.

Jem Hai

Jem Hai is a Senior Researcher at the Young Foundation, and is leading the evaluation of the Fairness Taskforce. He is working alongside Community Researchers from Luton, to understand the impact that the Fairness Taskforce is making, and how we can improve what happens next. He is always interested in hearing people's opinions on the work that is taking place, so if you see him at a Fairness Taskforce event, please let him know what you think!
